Cut into approximately 3 inch cubes, each weighting about 8 ounces, these short ribs are cut from the meatier upper part of the ribs (the lower portion is de-boned and used for our Wagyu Bacon). The Montana Wagyu Cattle Company LLC established in 2008 is a family owned business operated from the ranch. All of our beef is raised, finished, processed and packed right here in Montana without hormones or antibiotics.
